My Experience
With more than eight years of experience supporting programs in healthcare, education, and nonprofit settings, I’ve been driven by a passion for helping others, improving systems, and creating organized, supportive environments where people can thrive.
My foundation in leadership and team support began during my four years in college, where I served on my sorority’s Executive Committee. That experience shaped so much of who I am professionally—it taught me how to work closely with others, build meaningful relationships, manage competing priorities, and stay organized even in fast-paced, high-pressure moments. It also ignited my passion for serving a community and supporting the people around me, something that has carried through every role I’ve held since.
What motivates me most is knowing that the work I do behind the scenes helps clinicians do theirs—and ultimately helps individuals and families receive compassionate, accessible care. I’m grateful to be part of an organization dedicated to healing and growth, and I’m proud to contribute to that mission every day.

My Core Values
My Story
This team has become a second family, and I’m so grateful to be part of the meaningful work happening here every day.
When I first began looking for part-time work, my goal was simply to help cover expenses for my upcoming wedding. When I came across the opportunity to join Pathways Family Counseling to support the practice and director through social media initiatives and administrative work, I jumped at it immediately — it aligned perfectly with both my skills and passions.
With a bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development and a master’s degree in Management from Baldwin Wallace University, along with my full-time position at the Cleveland Clinic as Program Manager of Clinical Urology Fellowships, I felt confident I could bring meaningful contributions to the team while also growing in new ways.
What I didn’t anticipate was how quickly this work would evolve into something deeply personal. From the beginning, the Pathways team welcomed me wholeheartedly, and what started as a part-time role became something that feels like home. This team has become a second family, and I’m so grateful to be part of the meaningful work happening here every day.
