Counseling is led by licensed mental health professionals and offers a supportive space to explore your experiences, relationships, and emotions. Together, we can work toward your goals, make sense of what’s been hard, and strengthen the skills and supports that matter most to you. Many of our counseling approaches also help regulate and connect with the body — not just the mind.
Wellness services are non-clinical and provided by trained wellness practitioners, not licensed counselors. They focus specifically on nervous system regulation, embodiment, and holistic healing through experiences like Reiki, yoga, and breathwork. Wellness services are self-pay and open to anyone — no diagnosis or paperwork required. You’re welcome to explore wellness on its own or weave it into your counseling work, depending on what feels most supportive for you right now.

Traditional talk therapy—focused on insight, reflection, and language—can be deeply powerful. For many people, having a space to process thoughts, explore patterns, and tell their story out loud is transformative. But sometimes, insight alone doesn’t shift how the experience lives in your body. That’s where we bring in additional tools.
In our work, we combine top-down and bottom-up approaches—meaning we support both the thinking brain and the nervous system. These approaches help access the layers of experience that may not be reachable through words alone—especially when symptoms are tied to trauma, chronic stress, or early relational wounds.
We still talk—but we also slow down. We notice what your body is holding, what feels protective, and what’s asking to be heard without being forced. It’s not about replacing talk therapy. It’s about widening the lens so healing can happen on more than one level.

Yes, all of our clinicians offer evening sessions. Evening spots are often the most sought after, which can sometimes lead to a waitlist.

Most therapy sessions are 53 minutes, unless otherwise discussed.

If we are not in-network with your plan, you can still choose to work with us. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Please note: We are not in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, or community plans. We understand that this may be disappointing, and we truly wish we could serve everyone. While we are unable to accept those plans, we’re happy to offer referrals to local resources when needed.
Wellness services are self-pay and not covered by insurance.

A Good Faith Estimate outlines your expected costs for services and is provided to all self-pay clients in compliance with the No Surprises Act. We want you to feel fully informed about your financial responsibility before beginning services.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled after this window—or missed entirely—may result in a cancellation fee.
