That’s why we created a holistic wellness branch that expands our mission beyond traditional therapy, offering integrative, trauma-informed wellness options that can make deeper layers of healing possible.

Every modality we offer—Reiki, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, hypnotherapy, sound healing, and more—is guided by practitioners who integrate the mental, energetic and somatic aspects of healing, and are rooted both in ancient wisdom and modern science.

Our Holistic Wellness services are for anyone seeking to regulate, repair, rest, release or remember who they are. For some, they complement counseling. For others, they offer a first step toward healing.
