YOGA
For many, traditional yoga spaces can feel intimidating, overly focused on performance, or disconnected from emotional needs. At Neo MindBody Collab, our Trauma-Informed Yoga classes are different.
We create a safe, inclusive space where your comfort, consent, and personal pace come first. Movements are gentle and adaptable, with multiple options offered so you can choose what feels best for your body in each moment. Rather than “pushing through,” we focus on listening to your body’s cues, honoring your boundaries, and building trust in your own inner wisdom.
Sessions weave breath awareness, mindful movement, and grounding practices to help release stored tension, calm the mind, and cultivate resilience. You don’t need flexibility, yoga experience, or a certain body type—just a willingness to explore how movement and breath can support your healing. Here, you are in charge of your practice, and every choice you make is celebrated.

SHAUNA JAMES
With over 20 years in the Health and Wellness industry, Shauna’s journey has been one of deep discovery—of the body, mind, and soul. Her passion for movement began with basketball, both as a player and coach, and evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Her path eventually led her to yoga, chakra work, and Reiki—modalities that allowed her to blend technical knowledge with soulful healing. As a daughter, sister, and mother, she understands the ways we sometimes lose ourselves in the roles we play. Her mission is to guide others back home to themselves.

Try our Integrated Healing Sessions
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes, the most profound shifts come when multiple modalities work together in harmony. Our Integrated Healing sessions are a personalized blend of modalities—such as Reiki, breathwork, gentle movement, guided mindfulness, and nervous system regulation—intuitively crafted to support what your body, mind, and energy need most in the moment.
