This is movement and stillness woven together.
Thai Massage blends traditional bodywork with gentle stretching, acupressure, conscious breath, and yoga inspired movements. The session is done fully clothed on a massage table, so you can relax without effort.
Your practitioner guides your body through slow, supported stretches. Pressure is applied with hands, palms, and forearms to help release tension and invite circulation. Breath becomes steady. The body softens. Energy begins to move.

KALEY TOCCO
I’ve always had interest in the body and how it functions as a whole and on a cellular level. I started my exploration into the body with a BS in Biology but quickly learned I wanted a more functional way of sharing this knowledge.
I obtained a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in 2017 and from there I couldn’t get enough information on embodied and healing modalities.
My teaching combines restorative yoga, a nurturing spaces for deep relaxation, stress release, and self-discovery with mindful movement and nervous system regulation techniques.
