You’ll be guided through grounding meditation practices while the soothing tones of crystal or Tibetan sound bowls wash over you, inviting your mind and body into a state of calm. The vibrations work on a cellular level, helping release tension, quiet racing thoughts, and restore energetic balance.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, this experience meets you exactly where you are. There’s nothing to “do” or “get right”—simply rest, receive, and allow the sounds to carry you inward. You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself, with a sense of peace you can carry into daily life.

SHAUNA JAMES
With over 20 years in the Health and Wellness industry, Shauna’s journey has been one of deep discovery—of the body, mind, and soul. Her passion for movement began with basketball, both as a player and coach, and evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Her path eventually led her to yoga, meditation, and Reiki—modalities that allowed her to blend technical knowledge with soulful healing. As a daughter, sister, and mother, she understands the ways we sometimes lose ourselves in the roles we play. Her mission is to guide others back home to themselves.

Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll be lying down or seated in a relaxed position for most of the session.

Most people can enjoy sound therapy safely, but if you have sound sensitivity, tinnitus, or certain medical devices, let us know in advance.

No—there’s no right or wrong way to experience meditation. You’re encouraged to simply notice and allow whatever arises.
