My Experience
My journey into this work began with a personal understanding of what it’s like to experience anxiety and emotional overwhelm as a child — a foundation that shaped my empathy and passion for supporting others. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling and have specialized training in trauma-focused and child-centered care.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults in both school and outpatient settings. These experiences have strengthened my belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and that growth happens most naturally in environments that feel safe, accepting, and attuned. My professional focus includes trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and developmentally informed care, using creativity and connection as guiding tools for healing.

My Core Values
My Story
For me, therapy is about walking beside clients as they uncover their strengths, heal from the past, and step more fully into themselves. To help people of all ages feel seen, valued, and capable of change.
I became a therapist because I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with anxiety as a child and to feel emotions that seem too big to name. That early experience planted a lifelong desire to help others find understanding, language, and self-compassion for their emotional worlds. Over the years, that personal connection has grown into a professional calling — to help people of all ages feel seen, valued, and capable of change.
For me, therapy is about walking beside clients as they uncover their strengths, heal from the past, and step more fully into themselves. Whether we’re processing trauma, exploring identity, or learning new coping tools, I aim to make therapy a space that feels both safe and deeply human — one where growth, humor, and honesty can coexist.
