As a Girl Scout Community Partner, we offer engaging badge experiences that support wellness, confidence, leadership, self-awareness, creativity, and personal growth. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to align with Girl Scout badge requirements while creating an environment where girls feel encouraged to participate, explore new skills, and discover their own strengths.
Our badge programs blend interactive learning, mindfulness, movement, discussion, creativity, and hands-on activities in ways that are age-appropriate, engaging, and memorable. Whether girls are exploring personal wellness, developing leadership skills, building confidence, learning about entrepreneurship, or strengthening relationships, our goal is to create experiences that feel both meaningful and fun.
Every troop is unique. That's why we begin with a conversation about your group's needs, goals, and badge interests. From there, we tailor the experience to support badge completion while fostering teamwork, self-expression, resilience, and connection.
Programs can be hosted at NEO MindBody Collab or brought directly to your troop's location. We provide facilitation, activities, and basic materials, creating a seamless experience for troop leaders and volunteers.

Before your event, we take time to understand your group’s goals, personalities, and the atmosphere you want to create.
From there, we build a customized experience—blending yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, or grounding practices in a way that feels supportive and meaningful for your group.

We work alongside troop leaders to create an experience that fits the unique needs of each group. Every program is thoughtfully planned, aligned with Girl Scout badge requirements, and facilitated by experienced professionals who create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every girl feels encouraged to participate and grow.

Not at all. Our badge experiences are designed to be welcoming, engaging, and appropriate for all experience levels. Girls are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level.

Yes. We offer both on-site experiences at NEO MindBody Collab and off-site programs at troop meeting locations, schools, community centers, and other approved spaces.

Our experiences are designed for small to medium-sized groups. Capacity depends on the badge, activity, and location. We are happy to discuss options for larger troops.

We recommend scheduling at least 2–4 weeks in advance to reserve your preferred date.

Pricing includes program planning, facilitation, basic materials and supplies, and a customized experience tailored to your troop's age group and badge goals.

Yes. Troop leaders and any required adult volunteers must remain present throughout the badge experience in accordance with Girl Scout safety guidelines.
