  • My Experience

My journey into this field grew from a lifelong compassion and curiosity about people’s inner worlds. I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and have dedicated my career to helping individuals explore the roots of their emotions, relationships, and personal patterns.

My professional focus centers on supporting clients through relational and attachment-based healing. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relational challenges, life transitions, and self-worth struggles, helping them move toward a greater sense of clarity and emotional balance. My background combines theory with heart—grounded in the belief that people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and supported just as they are.

My Story

I believe every person is the expert of their own story, and my role is to walk beside them—offering reflection, encouragement, and tools to help them align with their truest selves.

What drew me to this profession is a deep compassion and genuine love for people. From a young age, I found meaning in listening and holding space for others’ experiences. Over time, that passion evolved into a commitment to gain the knowledge and tools to support healing in a deeper, more effective way.

My favorite part of this work is creating a space where clients can feel safe enough to explore emotions they may have never fully expressed before. I believe every person is the expert of their own story, and my role is to walk beside them—offering reflection, encouragement, and tools to help them align with their truest selves. Together, we work toward understanding and transforming patterns that no longer serve them, building confidence, and cultivating balance.

Outside of therapy, I’m an animal lover who dreams of one day having a house full of dogs (as many as my husband will allow!). For now, I share my home with Twix—a scruffy, sassy chihuahua-yorkie-terrier mix who keeps life lively. I’m also a foodie at heart and dream of eating my way through Italy someday.
