My Experience
I hold a Master of Science in Social Administration from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. My professional journey has centered around helping individuals connect more deeply with their authentic selves and develop greater alignment between their inner and outer worlds.
Over the years, I’ve supported clients through life transitions, emotional challenges, and self-discovery—offering both traditional and holistic tools for growth. My experience includes not only direct clinical work, but also supervising interns and staff within the field of social work. This combination of teaching, mentoring, and therapeutic engagement has strengthened my belief that growth is an ongoing, collaborative process—one that requires curiosity, honesty, and compassion.

My Core Values
My Story
I have always been drawn to the uniqueness and wisdom we each possess. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they deepen their understanding of self, embrace their agency, and pursue growth and healing.
I have always been drawn to the uniqueness and wisdom we each possess. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they deepen their understanding of self, embrace their agency, and pursue growth and healing. My goal is to guide others in recognizing their own inner strength and wisdom—helping them cultivate self-trust, balance, and purpose.
I believe that each of us has a ripple effect on everyone we encounter. Through my work, I hope to widen that ripple with acceptance, growth, and joy—creating spaces where people feel seen, empowered, and inspired.
Outside of my professional life, I find grounding and joy in the simple things: time with my family, caring for my animals (three cats and a tortoise), tending to my houseplants, and connecting with nature. Whether it’s digging in the dirt or feeling the sun on my face, I’m continually reminded that healing often begins in the small, ordinary moments of life.
