My Experience
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the human mind and a genuine desire to understand emotional depth. I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. Early in my career, I found deep meaning in helping clients navigate life’s challenges while reconnecting to their own strength and authenticity.
My professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings. I am passionate about supporting people through trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. My work is guided by compassion, creativity, and humor—helping clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable and brave enough to grow.

My Core Values
My Story
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength, feel truly seen, and create meaningful change in their lives. My greatest joy comes from witnessing the small, brave steps clients take toward healing.
From a young age, I was drawn to deep conversations and emotional spaces that others often avoided. My own healing journey, paired with a fascination for the human mind, led me to become a therapist. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength, feel truly seen, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I believe therapy is a courageous act of self-discovery. My greatest joy comes from witnessing the small, brave steps clients take toward healing—and the ripple effect those steps create in their relationships and sense of self. My goal is to provide a space where clients can be fully authentic, vulnerable, and empowered to embrace growth.
Outside of therapy, I’m an avid classical musician who finds creative expression to be one of the most powerful forms of healing. I love staying active, exploring new places, trying new foods, and collecting life experiences. Fun fact: I’ve been skydiving twice—and I believe that same mix of fear and exhilaration exists in every transformative moment of growth.
