CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Our program nurtures the growth of well-rounded, compassionate, and clinically grounded therapists by providing relational, experiential, and developmentally appropriate supervision that evolves with their unique path. We aim to de-pathologize, demystify, and deepen their clinical practice through holistic, nervous-system-informed, and attachment-aware mentorship.

We offer an integrated multiple supervisor model, in which dependently licensed supervisees are paired with both a primary and collaborative supervisor to support broader exposure to modalities, voices, and clinical lenses while still providing relational continuity and safety. This model is offered in-house and is tailored to fit the unique needs, strengths, and growth areas of supervisees.

We also welcome clinicians who are seeking external supervision. We recognize that not every therapist finds the right fit for growth within their immediate workplace or agency, and we are committed to being a trusted resource outside of those settings. Whether you are looking to complement the supervision you already receive, diversify the perspectives you’re exposed to, or engage in a space that feels more aligned with your clinical values, our program is designed to meet you where you are.

FAQS

  • Sessions are typically held via Zoom for convenience and accessibility. If you prefer in-person consultation or supervision, please contact us directly to discuss available options and locations.

    • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a credit toward a future date.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable.

  • Dani and Tiffany both hold their LPCC-S in the state of Ohio. They are able to provide both clinical and training supervision to LPCs who are working toward independent licensure (LPCC), and can provide up to 50 hours of supervision for MFTs working toward independent licensure (IMFT). Practitioners holding LSWs and MFTs (outside of the initial 50 hours) will need to secure supervision from supervisors holding field-specific licensure (LISW-S & IMFT-S).

  • Not necessarily–the amount of hours per week you will spend with your primary and secondary supervisors depends on several factors, including how many clients you see each week, your developmental strengths and growth areas, and your unique goals as a supervisee.

  • Depending on your specific needs, you can book individual supervision sessions with either Dani or Tiffany or you can join one of our monthly 2-hour groups. We recommend discussing this with your workplace supervisor first to ensure transparency and maintain ethical and organization-specific standards of care.
