  • My Experience

My path into this work has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the human experience and a deep respect for each person’s inherent resilience. I hold a Master of Arts in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Cleveland Institute of Art—an education that allows me to blend evidence-based insight with creativity and intuition.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through trauma recovery, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-discovery. My professional foundation is rooted in trauma-informed and strengths-based care, with a commitment to helping clients develop a nurturing, compassionate relationship with themselves and their experiences.

My Story

I am passionate about creating a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can safely explore their stories and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair styled in a half-up bun, wearing a red sweater and blue jeans, sitting on a beige pouf in a living room. She is smiling and holding a white mug, with a beige sofa and a large green plant in the background. A white coffee table with books is in the foreground.

As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can safely explore their stories and reconnect with their inner wisdom. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one that honors autonomy, resilience, and self-discovery. I believe healing unfolds through curiosity, connection, and the gentle process of learning to relate to oneself with kindness and understanding.

Whether clients are working through past trauma, navigating life changes, or seeking greater balance, I feel deeply honored to accompany them on their path toward growth and fulfillment. Outside of the therapy room, I continue to draw inspiration from art, nature, and mindfulness practices—spaces where creativity and reflection meet. These passions keep me grounded and bring warmth and authenticity to the energy I share in sessions.
