My Story

I believe wellness should be attainable and rooted in self-compassion, not pressure. Well-being isn’t about perfection—it’s about cultivating awareness and making choices that honor the body and mind.

My journey into holistic wellness began with a curiosity about the connection between nourishment, balance, and self-discovery. Through my own exploration of Ayurveda and integrative nutrition, I learned that well-being isn’t about perfection—it’s about cultivating awareness and making choices that honor the body and mind.

Since becoming a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completing my Ayurvedic Nutrition Certification, I’ve dedicated my work to helping others find harmony and vitality in their daily lives. I believe wellness should be attainable and rooted in self-compassion, not pressure. Each session is designed to empower clients to listen to their bodies, discover what balance means for them, and take small, steady steps toward lasting transformation.
