My path into wellness and healing began through my own transformation—learning how the body holds stories, emotions, and unspoken experiences. With a Bachelor of Kinesiology as my foundation, I have spent years exploring the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and energy work. My background blends formal training in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and somatic wellness with a trauma-informed and intuitive approach. Over time, I’ve supported individuals and groups in learning to listen to their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and cultivate sustainable balance in daily life. My work bridges physical, emotional, and energetic healing, empowering people to connect with themselves in new, grounded, and life-giving ways

My Story
I love this work because it reminds me everyday that healing is possible, not just for individuals but for entire communities.
I was led to this work through my own journey of healing. Growing up, I learned early how to be strong and independent, but also how the body carries the weight of what goes unspoken. My path into Reiki, yoga, and holistic wellness came from a deep desire to release what I carried—and to help others do the same. I love this work because it reminds me every day that healing is possible, not just for individuals but for entire communities.
Through my studies and personal practice, I’ve learned that the nervous system is the foundation of how we live, love, and lead. When we regulate the body, clarity and aligned action follow. Healing doesn’t always mean pushing harder—it can feel soft, steady, and safe.
A few fun facts about me: I’m an empty nester, I dream of traveling to Ireland to connect with my roots, and I love spending quiet moments reading and learning. Family has always been my greatest anchor. The ripple I hope to create is a world where people feel safe in their own skin, free to express their truth, and inspired to rise stronger together.
