  • My Experience

I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have specialized training in trauma-informed, somatic, parts work, and attachment-based therapies. My professional experience centers on helping individuals navigate complex trauma, attachment and developmental trauma, and dissociation. I work extensively with people who feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns, who have lost their sense of self, whose nervous systems learned early on that the world wasn't safe, or who feel disconnected from their voice, power, or intuition. Drawing from both clinical and holistic disciplines, I support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, finding balance within the nervous system, and cultivating self-trust. My approach honors the unique rhythm of each person’s healing—meeting clients where they are and empowering them to grow at their own pace.

  • My Approach

Integrative, trauma-informed, relational and person-centered. I work from the belief that if I'm asking you to show up in your humanness, vulnerability, and truth, then you deserve to sit across from someone who is doing the same.

Combines Internal Family Systems (parts and inner-child work), EMDR, somatic practices, polyvagal awareness, attachment theory, and breathwork

Emphasizes emotional safety, collaboration, and attunement to readiness

Balances depth exploration with compassionate support for the stressors of daily life.

    Encourages authentic expression and self-compassion

Supports lasting healing by sitting with pain, not bypassing it

  • My Vibe

A relaxed, grounded, and down-to-earth presence

Warmth and humor woven into deep work

    Honest, relatable, and human

A steady witness who takes your story seriously

    Balanced-with softness and depth

My Core Values

My Story

At the core of my work is the belief that my clients are already capable of self-actualization, my role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you..

I’ve always been someone who feels deeply and notices the small details others might overlook, a helper, long before I became a therapist. As a child, I held backyard funerals for bugs because they deserved to be honored, and snuck toys to give to classmates in preschool so no one went without. That sensitivity became a lifelong calling—to hold space for people in their hardest moments and help them uncover and heal what’s underneath the pain.

At the core of my work is the belief that my clients are already capable of self-actualization, my role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with parts of yourself that learned to survive rather than live. I believe that even the smallest internal shifts can transform the way we experience the world, and I feel so honored to have the privilege of witnessing my clients experience those shifts.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m deeply connected to nature and the earth. Nature continually reminds me that healing doesn't happen in a straight line; it's seasonal, imperfect, and full of surprises. I live on a farm with my dogs and sheep, and I feel most myself barefoot in the grass with dirt under my nails, I sometimes joke that I’m a little feral — and honestly, it’s not wrong. I'm continuously in love with the unknown and the quiet magic of being alive, staying connected to the child-like wonder we all once had and still have inside of us.
